Vironexus Wellness Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vironexus Wellness website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Service Description

Vironexus Wellness provides informational content related to healthy daily habits and wellness lifestyle tips, including articles and educational resources on morning routines, healthy productivity, sleep habits, stress reduction, daily wellness practices, and home wellness ideas. The Site may also provide contact channels for readers to ask questions about content topics.

The Site is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or personalized medical advice. Content is general in nature and is offered for educational purposes only. You are responsible for how you use the information and for seeking professional guidance when appropriate.

3. User Obligations

All content on the Site, including text, design, layout, graphics, branding elements, and code, is owned by Vironexus Wellness or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vironexus Wellness will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

In all cases, our total direct liability for claims arising out of or related to the Site will be limited to the amount you paid to Vironexus Wellness for access to the Site in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower. If you have not paid any amount, the cap will be 100 EUR.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vironexus Wellness and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may reference third-party tools or services in a general way as part of explaining cookie categories and advertising technologies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or platforms. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to the Dispute Resolution section below, you agree that the courts located in Toronto, Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If we cannot resolve the dispute within that period, either party may pursue claims in the courts specified in the Governing Law section.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, posed a security risk, or engaged in misuse that could harm the Site or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution.

14. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective 14 days after they are posted on this page unless a shorter period is required for security or legal reasons. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
